Volunteer Opportunities with EAP
Country Specific Informational Meetings:
In the fall and winter quarters, we have specific country meetings where interested students can come and hear about the EAP programs offered in each country. During this meeting we have returnees share their first hand experience and help answer questions. Click here (Word doc)to see the dates/times of the country meetings and notify your EAP advisor if you are interested in helping out with your country meeting.
Interviews:
Some EAP countries require interviews for selection to that EAP program. We often have returnees help out with these interviews serving as a resource in answering specific EAP program questions and determining the suitability of applicants. If you are interested in helping out with interviews, please contact your EAP advisor.
Orientation:
You may remember your country specific orientation where you were able to meet the other UCSB students on your program and have all your questions answered. Now as a Returnee, you are key to this meeting as you can give the answers to the detailed questions students have before departure. Please contact your EAP advisor if you are interested in passing on your invaluable information to other student participants.
